CREATIVE TEAM

PAWEL STEC
Editor

Raised and educated within the respected Polish film tradition, Pawel combines a flare for creativity with commercial understanding. He's edited a wide variety of projects from an award-winning feature film, music videos, documentaries to broadcast and digital commercials for global advertising campaigns.

AGATA MASTALERZ

Producer

As Producer, Agata has taken on an unfamiliar role on this project – her specialism is Production Management, with a wealth of experience in the TV industry on factual series for the UK and US. But the subject matter persuaded her to step into the role and she has thoroughly enjoyed it. From tackling the slang ‘Polinglish’ translations, to getting access to film in prison, the project has given her scope to tap into her journalistic background with relish.

ELENA ANDREICHEVA
Director / Producer / Cinematographer

Elena is a Ukrainian-born British Producer and Filmmaker working in documentary since 2006. Having studied Physics at university, and Science Journalism at masters level, she got her first taste of research assisting on Nick Rosen's book "How to Live Off Grid". Work in TV production followed and further fuelled her interest in social issues all across the world, leading to producing work on a variety of hard-hitting and hard-access subject matter - incarceration, the war on drugs, human trafficking. Elena's motivation is a genuine desire to find out what it’s like to live the lives of the people who populate her film, in which she hopes to fuse powerful journalism with great heart.
